Workers of Primorsky Krai began to asphalt the reconstructed section on the M60 highway connecting Vladivostok and Ussuriysk. In Primavtodor OJSC, it was reported that in two days off about 1,5 thousand tons of asphalt had been laid.
According to the schedule, asphalt on a 6.5 kilometer long section will be fully laid in August. By September of this year, this section will be commissioned.
In the Department of Road Facilities of the region they told: the second section of this route should surrender exactly one year earlier than originally planned. Not so long ago, it was planned to be completed only in 2015.
Last year, in the fall, the workers passed the first section of this highway, 9 kilometers long.This segment of the road was also completed a year ahead of the deadlines that were planned first, according to the press service of the regional administration.
As part of the state program "Socio-economic development of the Far East and the Baikal region", as well as on behalf of the regional governor and the Government of the Russian Federation, until 2022, it is planned to commission 275.5 kilometers of roads in the territory of the region.
The vice-governor of Primorye said that until 2017, 90 kilometers of roads will be reconstructed or built at the expense of the regional budget.
