  • 0.5 liters of milk
  • 400 gr boiled tongue or sausage
  • 100 gr. Cheese

  • 2 tbsp. lie butter
  • 2 tbsp. lie flour
  • 1 tbsp. lie tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp. lie mustard
  • nutmeg, salt

In a saucepan, melt and bring to a boil the butter, fry the chopped onion in it, add the flour, stir and heat.

Pour the broth, bring to a boil, add milk, tomato paste, add nutmeg, mustard and cheese. Boil, add sliced ​​tongue or sausage and salt.

Okroshka with kvass
